  Can I use this product:
  10 Cake Photoshop Custom Shapes – Birthday Cakes

  to create digital scrapbook elements that I will distribute as part of a Happy Birthday digital scrapbooking kit?

  Does the same rule apply to all of your shapes?

  I will really appreciate an answer.

  Oh, I forgot to mention. The kit will be distribute in media format (CD, DVD, etc) and electronic at mass production.

  Obviously credit will be given in the “Credits” file.

  As long as your digital scrapbook elements are NOT just my shapes as they are or converted to another vector or raster format (for example eps), but more complex designs with other design elements (for example, if you use some of my cake shapes to create a ‘Happy Birthday’ post card), feel free to distribute/sell your resulting work in any way you’d like to. This applies to all shapes I create and distribute on Shapes4FREE.com
